TECSA hosted a ‘double header’ on Construction Procurement in 2021 and beyond (open to members and non-members).  The first half of the webinar saw the Cabinet Office speaking about the Construction Playbook and how it can be delivered successfully.  The Playbook promises to change the way in which Government and contracting authorities deliver capital projects in the UK.  TECSA provided you with an excellent opportunity, to raise questions about the Playbook and to discuss any issues you may have with it.  In the second half they were delighted to welcome Sarah Hannaford QC.  Sarah is widely regarded as a star of the Procurement Bar and she will discuss recent procurement cases and how they affect the Construction Sector.
