Civil Procedure

Practice directions and other relevant materials

Changes to the CPR come into force on a regular basis. TECSA has provided easy access to the new rules, practice directions and other relevant materials on this page as well as hosting TCC Users’ commentary on how the rules are likely to work and are actually working in practice.

TECSA accepts no liability for the commentary provided, but encourages members to contribute constructive and informative material so that experience of the new rules is shared and TECSA’s aim of encouraging higher standards and greater efficiency in the conduct of litigation in the TCC is achieved.
